The first two days I was in a rush to get back home, now I don’t even believe it—everyone in this room, I wish they could stay here with me. This week has been so much fun! …I never knew breathing could make you so relaxed like that. I was in a deep sleep and I was mad ‘cause they woke me up! This camp gave me good visions of myself; like I pictured myself being in the NBA. And that’s something to live for. Also, I’ve made good friends here—everybody’s my friend!

I loved everything about the YES! course from having diverse friendships to learning to live naturally. The breathing made me calm and relaxed and I was able to calmly make decisions. I will do the breathing exercises daily because it centered my mind and calmed me down. At the end of the course I was happy that I did it with my 100%. The environment is full of loving and caring people who just want to see the world grow with amazing people. I would like to make it a part of the school curriculum in every high school.
